• This is a comment about the nurse, not the care provider. Something small, but it would be good, very helpful for a first-time patient at this office to understand why they had the scan for the bladder, how much, if it was full or not. I didn't understand the significance of that, only to find out later that I'd be coughing a lot for my exam and that's when I might have some leakage. So if I'd understood that concept, I would have definitely gone to the bathroom when they asked me if I wanted to go. But I just didn't understand why it mattered at that point. And so I felt kind of bad for the provider when I had to cough a lot and every once in a while
