• It was not a visual call..it was a phone call because I am refuse to sign up for online services, whatever it's called My doctor is the best. She cares and is always pleasant, and smiles. Great bedside manner too. Love her for life

• I didn't feel as though she was prepared for my appointment. I had filled in a questionnaire before my appointment stating that I wanted to discuss having a colonoscopy yet I had to mention it to the Dr at the end of the visit when she was leaving the room . [redacted]

• Dr Xia provides all the time I need for questions without making me feel rushed. She seems very concerned about my health and offers suggestions on lifestyle changes to improve my health. Very happy with the care she provides.

• It would be helpful at the appointment for the provider to have read my chart before entering the room and to have read it thoroughly because there were a couple of things on the chart, even though I've been a patient for years that she seemed surprised about and asked me questions about. • I'd like to say that this is the third doctor slash physician's assistant I've seen at Brigham and Women's Health in Foxboro and by far she has been the best person. It's because the other people left and that's how I got to her and I feel very lucky because I think she really takes care of her patients and listens and actually gives feedback and direction accordingly.

• My visit with Dr. Xia was wonderful. Every time I see her, we have great conversations. She is personable and friendly and open to listening to what I have to say. She takes notes on my visit and offers solutions and talks about her own personal experiences with, for example, ergonomics and ways that she has made modifications to her working environment to ease her back pain, neck pain, posture, etc. I'm very happy with Dr. Xia and I feel lucky to have her as my provider. • I always get excellent care at the Patriot Place facilities. Everyone is kind and helpful. I drive from Attleboro to Foxborough rather than go to other facilities closer to my home.

• I would like to say I'm fortunate having Dr Xia as my doctor. I believe that perhaps I'm not conveying my health issue as best I could to her so let me try again. If you had a line chart measuring physical activity and x-axis with zero = normal or average person, +1 = high, +2 = higher, +3 = highest, 0 = average, -1 = low, -2 = lower, 3 = lowest and y-axis is time. Most of my life I've been in the +2 or higher range and since around 2018-2019, I started to slip to zero, and eventually to -1 and when I increase my physical/mental activity minimally I fall into -2 or -3 and experience the majority of symptoms as mentioned by John Hopkins Medicine on Post-exertional Malaise (PEM). One symptom on PEM is sleep disturbances and other symptoms so I believe treating sleep or other symptoms, will not fix the cause. Frankly I don't know what will address cause!

• for the most part she is caring and helpful however I was a bit confused when I got some mixed messaging, one specifically being when I messaged her about a test she was ordering her answer was be specific what ultrasound are you talking about I replied but she never replied back, I understand she sees many people but one would expect before questioning me she would check her notes and then a day later or so I did get a call to set up the test from radiology so I may or may not seek other care after my test results

• Overall, the experience was pleasant, from entering the building to leaving. The attendant who greeted me and took my vitals was as pleasant and professional as I can remember. Dr. Xia, was just great as she took a serious interest in my well being. We had a discussion on my health and upon examining my blood test continued to discuss medical options via the hub. The physical building was clean and sterile and all employees were friendly. Hopefully, all of this will continue.
