• I appreciated my visit with Dr. Yeku because not only does he listen, but he listens carefully. He reviews my medications. He makes adjustments when I need them. And not only that, but he has a good follow-up situation where he offers me an opportunity to call later in the week if there's been any changes. or anything. So I really, really appreciate his thorough, careful attention to my needs and I'm grateful for it.

• Dr. Yeku is very patient and has excellent bedside manners. He has a warm and inviting spirit that encourages you to be relaxed and comfortable in his care. Dr. Yeku takes time and interest to clearly explain about the care that is being provided and allows questions and feedback. He always gives an honest answer. Although it can be seen that he is very knowledgeable, he does not present himself with any air of arrogance or haughtiness. He is quite cheerfully and welcoming. His spirit and personality are well suited for the service he provides. He shows strength, humility and compassion in the face of his patient's most ferocious storm (CANCER). Dr. Yeku is definitely an asset to MGH, no doubt about that.

Important requirement not mentioned until came out in answer to direct question minutes after initital description of alternative.
