He understood my spinal condition and clearly explained that my situation was not a good candidate for his field of spinal neurosurgery. Dr Zaidi advised me to return to the B&W Pain Management Center and Dr [redacted] for further treatment. As he explained, if my condition changes to the specific symptoms that are within his neurological field, I was advised to contact him immediately. I left feeling confident that he will be available for further treatment if my condition changers. I cannot speak highly enough about the combined services of the B&W Spinal Neurosurgical Center in B&W Pain Management Center. All of their doctors go above and beyond in providing the best services available.

I got clear and convincing answers about my real condition, and the solution couldn't be clearer, now. Although he was late to my appointment, there was this young lady who went over my MRI and findings with me, in detail. Including the recommended treatment, prior to seeing the good doctor. I feel as though I could have left with the knowledge she had given, without actually seeing the doctor, now that it's done.
