• When checking out I was informed of his retiring and wished that when I made the initial appt that someone would have let me know that as I would have asked to see another provider so I could have continuous care, now I am going to have to start over with someone else.

• Dr. Zusman was very thorough. He was on time. We had an appointment at one o'clock. He walked in a room at two minutes before one. We spent a little time with him. He was not in a hurry. He took his time explaining all the meds to us. My wife is on a lot of blood pressure meds that I have to administer to her, and he was excellent. The woman or the nurse who took my wife's EKG was equally, you know, thorough. Dr. Zusman is a top-notch doctor as far as I understand. Thank you.

But there's this other portal thing that's staffed by people outside Dr. Zusman's office, RNs maybe, who ... look, the portal technology that does not connected directly with Dr. Zusman & his assistant should be tossed in the garbage heap. There's really no other way to say it. I don't need to get nagged for blood tests, idk why RNs call me to harangue me about whatever it is, if the button to request an appointment in the portal technology doesn't do anything ... just delete it folks. A lot of your hospital's technology "gets in the way", and the bureaucracy the hospital installed to patch the broken technology just makes it worse. IMHO.
