• I was very grateful that Dr. Zhu found a way to see me so quickly. She seemed very knowledgeable about the specific diagnosis I have and also about my own medical record. She advocated for me by pushing to get the testing I need done next in the way she thinks will be most useful. She answered questions through the message portal personally and immediately, and she even followed up with a phone call personally to let me know she had scheduled the testing I need.

• [redacted] I have to say this is the BEST doctors appointment I've had in ages. Dr. Zhu was the most thoughtful, intelligent, thorough doctor I've ever seen. She literally listened to all of my concerns and answered them so intelligently. She didn't make me feel dumb or like my questions were stupid. She stayed with me for an hour. An hour! Unheard of. She also had to talk about some serious issues (pregnancy) and she was firm but kind. I am so happy to be working with Dr. Zhu! She really is an exemplary example of what a doctor should strive to be. Thank you so much.

• LED screens are a migraine trigger for me. There is a giant one installed on the wall in front of the door. It did not even seem to be displaying any useful information, just general "welcome" stuff, so I don't know why it's even necessary! When I told staff how hard it was for me to sit in the waiting room covering my face with this screen on the wall, a staff member turned it off. The receptionist asked him in front of me why he was turning off the screen, and he told her it was a migraine trigger. When I came out of the provider's office, it was still off, but then someone turned it back on while I was still checking out - right next to it! Very painful! Of all the places in the world I would hope to be as free as possible of migraine triggers, a migraine clinic should be at the top of the list.

• Dr. Zhu is absolutely wonderful. I've been seeing her now for about two years and she's completely changed my migraines. I no longer get the intensity that I used to get or the frequency. So I would highly recommend her to any friends and family and they have seen a huge difference. just blows me away with her intelligence about health and is very easy to talk with and asks the right questions. So I wish I had seen her sooner for my migraines. Thank you.

[redacted] The provider put her hand up several times when I wanted to add or elaborate on something. I felt like I needed to be concerned with her needs more than mine. [redacted] I felt she was frustrated with my resistance to go on certain medications that cause weight gain, and felt there was a bit of attitude in her regarding that. I feel it is extremely important to be treated as part of the team when it comes to my care. I am very involved with self healing strategies, cognitively and through physical therapy.

• Seeing my provider that i didn't know before and i thought she would be amazing, but in reality i wish i had never gone she didn't hear me out at all and when it came to the end someone had knocked and me medicine wasn't going through and instead of making sure she was worried about who knocked and rushed us out! I think the only thing that could have been better for me was for her to be willing to hear some of my experience that wasn't totally on point maybe or directly related to what she wanted but I felt was relevant information and she cut me off several times from doing that.

She was interested in who I was as a person and as a patient. She knows that I have been on a weight loss journey, and she was very interested in that without being judgmental. I couldn't say enough about her, both as a physician and as a human being. She was really wonderful, and so was her staff, and it was a great opportunity.
