The Center for Sports Performance and Research offers athletes comprehensive physiological assessments, research-backed training programs, and advanced recovery technology – all designed to inform and improve individuals’ athletic performance. In addition to the Center’s customized, individual assessment, training, and recovery programs, we offer seasonal, sport-specific group programs made to educate, motivate, and elevate our clients’ athletic performance. All programs are held at the Center for Sports Performance and Research, 360 Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA 02035.

Women’s Lift

Learn to lift like the pros at the Center for Sports Performance and Research.

Our Women’s Lift program is tailored to adult female athletes at any level of experience with an interest in developing their weightlifting skills and resistance training abilities with likeminded women. Our experts in sports performance and injury prevention will help you lift to your full potential.

Our program also includes one recovery session per week, where you can experience our world-class sports recovery technologies: cryostimulation, photobiomodulation, and float tanks.

  • Duration: 6-week program from Monday, May 13 through Monday, June 24
  • Day/time: Monday and Wednesday, 7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. OR 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
  • Class dates: May 13, 15, 20, 22, and 29; June 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19 and 24
  • Price: $450 per person, including six recovery sessions

College High Performance Program

The College High Performance Program at the Center for Sports Performance and Research offers college athletes the opportunity to maintain their strength and conditioning training while they are away from campus during the summer. This initiative provides access to top tier athletic facilities under the guidance of professional training staff, ensuring that athletes can continue to follow their prescribed summer programs with precision and safety.

Designed to seamlessly integrate with existing training plans, this program empowers coaches to feel confident that their athletes are progressing and achieving their training milestones while away from campus. By participating in the College High Performance Program, athletes can confidently return to campus ready to perform at their peak, keeping their physical and skill development on track. 

Participating athletes must have a college student ID, summer training program, and college strength coach contact information. Space is limited.

*College students without existing training plans or strength coaches can call or fill out the form below to be matched with one of our summer training coaches.

  • Duration: June 3 – August 9
  • Day/time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Price: $500 per person + 20% off any other packages/services

High School Summer Series

Train with precision at the Center for Sports Performance and Research and elevate your strength to new levels. With experience in professional, collegiate, and high school settings, our specialists have crafted the High School Summer Series to optimize athletic performance and mitigate risk of injury in preparation for the seasons ahead.

Summer Performance Program

4-week performance segments designed to enhance your speed, agility, strength, and power. The program includes pre- and post-program performance testing to track improvements. Space is limited.

Segment I

  • Duration: June 3 – June 27
  • Day/time: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00 p.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Price: $450 per person
  • Registration ends and classes begin June 3

Segment II

  • Duration: July 8 – August 9
  • Day/time (choose one): 
    • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m. 
    • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.
  • Price: $450 per person
  • Registration ends and classes begin July 8

Fall Conditioning Program

4-week conditioning program for fall sport athletes, developed to help build student-athletes' muscular and aerobic endurance. The program is designed to get the student-athlete off the couch, and ready for the start of the season. Space is limited.

  • Duration: July 8 – August 9
  • Day/time (choose one): 
    • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 2:30 p.m.-4:00 p.m.  
    • Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, 9:00 a.m.-10:30 a.m.
  • Price: $450 per person

Pickle Fit

Your journey to peak pickleball performance starts at the Center for Sports Performance and Research.

Our Pickle Fit program has been designed exclusively for the Center by experts in sports performance and injury prevention. The program consists of a circuit-based training program that addresses the key muscle groups and movement patterns that are essential to pickleball play and proficiency.

Train with us to improve your performance, mitigate your risk of injury, and compete on the court all year long.

  • Duration: 4-week program from Tuesday, April 30 through Thursday, May 23
  • Day/time: Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m.
  • Class dates: April 30, May 2, 7, 9, 14, 16, 21, and 23
  • Price: $175 per person
