Training/client philosophy: I try and incorporate exactly what my clients want and need into their training regimen, in a balanced way, in order to help them reach their goals and set themselves up for longevity.

Favorite aspect of working with clients: I love working with all types of athletes in a variety of sports. My clients and I are always learning together and collaborating in order to unlock their athletic potential!

About Chris

Chris studied kinesiology at the University of Rhode Island, with a concentration in biomechanics. He has experience working in both biomechanical laboratories and physical therapy clinics, building and utilizing assessments as well as aiding in rehabilitation programs. At the Center, Chris helps conduct performance assessments and facilitate effective recovery sessions with the goal of delivering optimal results and a fun and rewarding client experience.
