Mass General Brigham requires all patients* participating in a virtual visit to agree to the Virtual Care Informed Consent prior to the visit. Please see the document below.

Patients taking part in a virtual visit who are located in New Hampshire are also required to view the New Hampshire Patients’ Bill of Rights.
Filing a provider complaint with specific states
Certain states require Mass General Brigham to provide a process for filing a formal complaint against a virtual care provider. Please see information linked below on the process for those states.
