Hospital Retail Shops and Essentials
Our retail shops offer a selection of gifts, snacks, convenience items, flowers, merchandise, and more. Depending on the location, we offer:
- Gift and flower shops: Buy flowers, balloons, reading materials, snacks, and other gifts. You can even place an online order with the gift shops at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital.
- Hair care salon: Massachusetts General Hospital operates a full-service hair salon that provides professional hair care as well as hair and skin care products for sale.
- Images Boutique: Located at Massachusetts General Hospital, Images Boutique is designed for adult and pediatric cancer patients. The shop offers wigs, gloves, skin care products, jewelry, and apparel for women who have had a mastectomy.

The gift shop at Brigham and Women’s Hospital is located in Tower 2 near the cafeteria and is open:
- Monday through Friday: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
You may also order online or call 617-732-7878 to order a gift for free to deliver to patients at the hospital. Orders placed within 2 hours of closing are delivered the same day.
Cooley Dickinson Hospital gift shop
The hospital gift shop, located onsite at Cooley Dickinson Hospital (30 Locust Street, Northampton 01060), is open:
- Monday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Tuesday through Friday: 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The Hospice Shop of Northampton
Another way to support the Cooley Dickinson community is by shopping at The Hospice Shop of Northampton, which sells gently used, quality women’s and men’s clothing, shoes, purses, jewelry, household items, and more. All proceeds benefit Cooley Dickinson VNA and Hospice, so every donation and purchase plays a crucial role in advancing Cooley Dickinson VNA and Hospice's mission of providing compassionate end-of-life care for individuals with terminal illnesses.
The Hospice Shop is located at 18 Bridge Street, Northampton, MA 01060, and is open:
- Tuesday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Donations are accepted Tuesday through Saturday, from 10 a.m. until one hour before close. Since it is a small shop, we recommend calling us at 413-586-0193 before bringing in donations, especially if you are traveling a distance. A tax receipt for donations is available upon request.

The General Store at Yawkey is located in the Yawkey Center for Outpatient Care and is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The gift and flower shop is located on the first floor of the hospital off the West Entrance Lobby. The shop offers a variety of gifts and free delivery of flowers, balloons, and gifts within the hospital.
The shop is open:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Thursday: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Saturday: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The gift shop is located on the first floor and is operated in affiliation with the Massachusetts General Hospital Gift Shop services. Gifts and flowers may also be purchased from the Massachusetts General Hospital online gift shop.

The gift shop is located in the main lobby of the hospital and is open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Proceeds go to the Wentworth-Douglass Foundation to support scholarships for local high school students.
