Join the Biobank Now

In order to join the Mass General Brigham Biobank, you need to be:

• At least 18 years old
• A patient at a hospital or clinic affiliated with Mass General Brigham

The button below will take you to a page in Patient Gateway that will ask you to log in using your Patient Gateway username and password. This is necessary so that we can authenticate your identity and allow you to sign the consent form electronically. If you do not have a Patient Gateway account, you may create one here.

If you are more comfortable logging in through the main Patient Gateway site, you may log in at patientgateway.massgeneralbrigham.org and click on the “Menu”, scroll down to “Resources”, and click on “Biobank”. That will also take you to the consent form.
