We provide hormone therapy using national best practices. We offer:

Primary and preventive care for transgender adults

Our primary care clinicians provide routine medical care, including screenings, vaccinations, and chronic disease management. We make sure that all preventive care recommendations align with your anatomy, age, and health history.

Care across sites

At Mass General Hospital, the Transgender Health Program operates a stand-alone clinic dedicated to providing gender-affirming care, including comprehensive primary care, hormone management, embedded social work and connections to behavioral health and surgical services.

At Brigham and Women’s Hospital, clinicians offer comprehensive hormone therapy management and coordinated referrals to multi-disciplinary care , including to affiliated primary care practices.

In addition to the main care sites, the medical teams closely coordinate care with clinics in dermatology, obstetrics and gynecology, and other subspecialty clinics across our system to ensure all your care needs are met.
