Avis sur l'arrangement de soins de santé organisé

Mass General Brigham fait partie d'un arrangement de soins de santé organisé (« OHCA ») conformément à la Loi sur la portabilité et la responsabilité de l'assurance maladie de 1996 et à ses règlements d'application (collectivement, « HIPAA »). HIPAA permet aux participants à l’OHCA de partager, conformément à ses dispositions, les informations de santé et les dossiers médicaux des patients afin de mener des activités conjointes telles que la prestation de soins de santé, l’éducation, l’évaluation et l’amélioration de la qualité, la révision de l’utilisation, le rapport des résultats, les activités de paiement et d’autres initiatives conjointes.
