Уведомление об организованной системе здравоохранения

Mass General Brigham является частью организованной системы здравоохранения ("ОСЗ") в соответствии с Законом о переносимости и подотчетности медицинской страховки 1996 года и его внедряющими правилами (в совокупности "HIPAA"). HIPAA позволяет участникам ОСЗ обмениваться информацией о здоровье пациентов и записями, как это разрешено в соответствии с HIPAA, для проведения совместных мероприятий, таких как предоставление медицинской помощи пациентам, обучение, оценка качества и мероприятия по его улучшению, обзор использования, отчетность по результатам, платежные мероприятия и другие совместные действия.
