Quality and Patient Experience
Lee Park, M.D., MPH, is an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a practicing internist at Brigham and Women's Hospital. She started at Mass General Brigham as the Mass General Brigham Medical Director for Partners eCare Ambulatory Quality and Safety in 2017. Prior to that, Dr. Park was a Deputy Editor at UpToDate and a Core Educator Faculty at Mass General Hospital, supervising and educating house staff and medical students.
In her role as Mass General Brigham Medical Director for Partners eCare, Dr. Park’s work has focused on overseeing both ambulatory and inpatient quality and safety related to the entire Epic suite of programs, including clinical registries, decision support tools, medication quality and safety, and patient outreach.
She became the Senior Medical Director for Digital Health and Patient Experience in October 2020. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing clinical strategy related to the growing suite of digital applications designed to improve the digital patient experience, including Patient Gateway, as well as continuing oversight of Partners eCare quality and safety programs.
She has also overseen the United Against Racism Digital Access Initiatives, which have included translating Patient Gateway and questionnaires into the top six languages our patients speak, standing up a Digital Access Coordinator workforce to help patients with digital tools, and an iPad loaner program.
