有组织医疗安排声明

Mass General Brigham 是根据《1996 年健康保险流通与责任法案》(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996) 及其实施条例（以下统称 HIPAA）建立的有组织医疗安排 (OHCA) 的参与方。根据 HIPAA 的规定，OHCA 各参与方可以在 HIPAA 允许的范围内，共享患者健康信息和记录，以开展联合活动，包括为患者提供医疗服务、开展教育、进行质量评估与改进、利用情况审查、治疗效果报告、支付相关活动以及其他联合活动。
