Spaulding Rehabilitation Community Involvement
At Spaulding Rehabilitation, we are committed to supporting our communities both inside and outside our facilities. Our staff collaborates with community partners to raise awareness of rehabilitation needs and to create programs and events that not only highlight those needs, but also help improve health outcomes for the communities we serve.
Community Health Needs Assessment
As part of this commitment, Spaulding conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) every three years to better understand the most pressing health concerns facing the communities we serve.
Spaulding Hospital’s 2025 CHNA details these needs across our three hospital facilities. The goals of this CHNA are to:
- Identify the primary health-related needs our target communities face
- Understand how those needs are currently being addressed
- Identify opportunities to address needs in the future
