• There seemed to be some confusion about my reason for seeing him. Somewhere there was miss communication and confusion about why I wanted to see and talk with this doctor. He seemed to think I was there in regard to cardio conversion when I was actually there to discuss and find out more about the Watchman device. Therefore, very little discussion and questions I had were not fully answered. I was left baffled. But did somehow get my answer in a roundabout way in our conversation.

He's an excellent, and I know him because he's been there for me, and he knows my history. An excellent doctor, and I've seen him for quite a few years, and his staff and all, they're all very good and very professional, and I feel comfortable. Any questions I've asked, he's answered, and he knows everything about what I ask and talk about, and I feel comfortable, and I feel good when I see him, and I know what he's done for me. So I give him a plus A, that's how.

• Hello, I had a Watchman Device procedure with Dr. [redacted]. I was originally scheduled for a follow-up on [redacted] with a TEE beforehand. [redacted]. The Friday before the visit, I was notified that it would be changed to a virtual appointment. During the visit, Dr. Ptaszek was cordial but seemed rushed and distracted, often looking away from the camera. When I mentioned that I have some pain or aching in my chest area during cycling classes, he said I was "probably out of shape." I explained to him that I'm in the gym five days a week, and have been for many years. I don't like to be critical and do understand that doctors (and nurses) work very hard and are sometimes under a lot of pressure and also that there are patients with much more serious issues. But since you asked, I thought I should be honest about my experience. Thank you.
