Location Guide
Hospital admissions are located on the first floor of the East Lobby at 2014 Washington Street.
Patients in labor enter through the West Entrance. Take the West elevators to the fifth floor and register at the Reception / Registration area on 5 West. Between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., enter through the Emergency Department.
A private, secure freestanding lactation suite is available for use in the East Lobby at 2014 Washington Street. The lactation pod is a clean, bright, and private area for pumping milk or breastfeeding.
The pod is free of charge and available 24/7, whether you’re visiting Newton-Wellsley Hospital or are simply nearby and in need of a private place to feed or pump. The pod has two separate seating areas, each equipped with an electrical outlet for pumping.
Nursing moms can locate and unlock the pod with a free app from Mamava and its Bluetooth-enabled SmartLock, available on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). If you are unable to download the app, you can ask our East Lobby Registration team to call the Lactation team at ext. 6314 for access.
