For decades, our dedicated Bermuda patient services team here in Boston has helped Bermudian patients and their families understand their care options, make appointments, navigate logistics, and ensure a smooth journey between Bermuda and Boston.

Meet your Bermuda patient services team
For generations, Bermudians have found support from the international patient centers at our academic medical centers and specialty hospitals: Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Mass Eye and Ear, McLean Hospital and Spaulding Rehabilitation.
Today, we are pleased to share that we’re now working together as one Bermuda patient services team across all our five nationally ranked hospitals. If you’re already our patient, you’ll work with the same caring team member as always. If you’re a new patient, we look forward to introducing you to our supportive and caring Bermuda patient services team.
International patient services
We understand the urgency and stress often associated with illness, particularly when treatment is received outside of your home country. Our patient service team serves as your single point of contact before, during and after your visit. We hope you’ll allow us to do the hard work of coordination, while you do the greater task of healing.
