Lynn Stofer

Lynn A. Stofer is the President of Mass General Brigham Community Physicians and is responsible for developing the strategic vision for the organization and creating a highly efficient, coordinated, and geographically distributed community network. Since joining Partners Community Healthcare, Inc. (PCHI) in 2013, she has led the transformation of the organization into Mass General Brigham Community Physicians, expanding and enhancing its core functions to support physician employment, provide a strong voice for both affiliated and employed community physicians in the Mass General Brigham network, and enhance integration and alignment among the components of the Mass General Brigham system to improve performance and the patient experience.

Lynn has broad and deep experience in a wide range of areas that are critical to the network’s evolution, including operations, strategy, and the development of new models for physician relationships. Lynn joined Partners from Lahey Health, where she served in a variety of roles, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer of Lahey Clinic. At Lahey, Lynn was a contributor to developing clinical programs at community hospitals, building a physician specialty network, and growing Lahey International, among other enterprise-wide initiatives. 

Lynn began her professional career at Geisinger Medical Center in Pennsylvania. Before joining Lahey, she held administrative positions at Joslin Diabetes Center, Corning Life Sciences, St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center, and Albert Einstein Medical Center.

She earned a Master of Public Health specializing in health services administration from Yale University and a Graduate Certificate in Management from Radcliffe College and completed a graduate program in entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics. She has also been named to the Commonwealth Institute’s list of the Top 100 women-led businesses for the last four years.

Lynn resides with her family in Weston, MA.
