Overview

The Center for Sports Performance and Research (CSPaR) is a state-of-the-art facility in Foxborough, Massachusetts providing world-class strength and performance training for all athletes, including professionals, Olympians, collegiate, high school and master athletes.

Based on the world-class clinical expertise of Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine, the CSPaR utilizes advanced technology including 3D biomechanics, virtual reality and artificial intelligence to focus on strength and performance training, injury prevention training and recovery. The CSPaR also conducts motion analysis and biomechanics research.

The CSPaR is the result of a strong collaboration across Mass General Brigham Sports Medicine, including expertise from Mass General Brigham Departments:
