Planning Your Visit
If you have an in-person appointment coming up, please review the information below about what to expect and do before and on the day of your appointment.
In-person appointments include visits to a primary care provider, pediatricians, specialists, physical therapist, and other providers who see patients in a clinic. It also includes getting your blood drawn or getting an imaging test (such as an X-ray, CT scan, or MRI).
Before your appointment
Please contact the office before an in-person appointment if you:
- Have a fever, other flu-like symptoms, vomiting, diarrhea, or a new skin rash (with fever)
- Have a known COVID-19 infection or exposure within 10 days of an appointment
Your care team will provide instructions on the best next steps. They may recommend additional evaluation before your appointment.

Mask guidance
We are monitoring respiratory virus activity for the 2025-2026 season. You will see different actions taken based on increasing levels of respiratory virus activity over the season. Visitor policy
We know how important visitors and support persons are to your health and well-being. One visitor or support person is allowed in outpatient clinical areas. Please note that in some situations, we may need to limit visitors to ensure patient and staff safety.
On the day of your appointment, please let the front desk staff know when you arrive, even if you have completed the eCheck-In steps.
