Brigham and Women’s Hospital

Blum Patient/Family Resource Center
Located off the main lobby at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the resource center provides information on cancer care and support services, computers with Internet access, and a lending library.

Robert and Ronnie Bretholtz Center for Patients and Families
Also known as the Bretholtz Center, this space provides support and information along with recreational items to borrow.

Family Liaison Waiting Area
Located in the Bretholtz Center, this comfortable waiting area is for families and friends of patients undergoing surgery.

Michele and Howard Kessler Health Education Library
Located in the Bretholtz Center, the education library provides up-to-date resources, Internet access, and staff support.

Shapiro Family Center
Located on the second floor of the Carl J. and Ruth Shapiro Cardiovascular Center, this waiting area is for those who have loved ones undergoing cardiovascular surgery.

Massachusetts General Hospital

A family waiting room is available on the second floor of the Yawkey Building (Room 2E-2700). The room is open 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

After 5 p.m., families can wait in the Blum Center, located on the first floor of the White Building (Room 110).
