How can I contact the Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway team if I am having technical difficulties/need technical support?

Prior to contacting Patient Gateway, please read the frequently asked questions. To contact the technical support team, please visit the Patient Gateway support page and fill out the form.

I am looking to access my medical records through Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway. How do I enroll?

Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway is a convenient, efficient, and secure way to manage your health and communicate with your health care provider. If you are a new user to Patient Gateway (18 years and older), visit https://www.patientgateway.org, and click "Enroll now" to begin the enrollment process. If you want to enroll a child or teenager in Patient Gateway, please contact your practice.

I received a text message or email about completing eCheck-in for an upcoming appointment. I don’t know who the appointment is with. How do I get more information?

This message has been sent via Patient Gateway, our secure electronic portal. Of note, this message is also sent to people who have not enrolled in Patient Gateway.

To view your appointment details, click the eCheck-in link in the in email or text message. After verifying your information, click the "Visits" button at the top of the screen to see your appointment details.

If you have any other questions about your appointment, please contact the clinic.

How can I find information about the Mass General Brigham Health Plan (formerly known as AllWays Health Partners)?

AllWays Health Partners changed its name to Mass General Brigham Health Plan, effective January 1, 2023. It is a non-profit insurer, serving commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage members. ​

How can I report a possible incident related to patient health information privacy?

You may wish to contact the Mass General Brigham Compliance Office if you suspect a privacy incident. There is no retaliation for reporting. For anonymous concerns, contact Mass General Brigham Compliance HelpLine at 1-800-856-1983 or visit www.massgeneralbrigham.org/complianceline.

If you are suspect a privacy incident related to a technical issue from your electronic medical record (Mass General Brigham Patient Gateway), you may also wish to contact the Patient Gateway team by filling out the Patient Gateway form.
