If you need an athletic trainer immediately (within 2 business days), please fill out the form below AND contact Mass General Brigham Athletic Training by phone at 857-282-9555. Please note: It is not possible to process last-minute requests during non-business hours.
Filling out this form or receiving a contract is not a guarantee of staffing. Once the contract is executed, we will work to schedule you with one of our licensed and certified athletic trainers. Mass General Brigham will invoice clients for all services and/or supplies used by the athletic trainer. Clients are required to ensure that an automated external defibrillator (AED) and helmet removal devices (when necessary) are present at all sporting events. If you would like to provide supplies to be used by the athletic trainer, please indicate this on your request form and be sure to give the athletic trainer these supplies at your event.
