At the Mass General Brigham Neuroscience Institute, our multidisciplinary teams specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neuromuscular conditions. Accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatment. We use advanced testing to evaluate nerve and muscle function, including:
- Nerve conduction studies and electromyography (EMG)
- Single fiber EMG
- Autonomic function testing
- Muscle, skin, and nerve biopsy
- Neuromuscular ultrasound
