Executive physical program services

The executive physical offers a comprehensive preventive exam and is thoughtfully designed around your personal health concerns and wellness goals. Identifying risk factors or early signs of disease provides you with the important knowledge you need to manage your health most effectively.

Comprehensive and customized

Each comprehensive health evaluation begins with an extensive conversation with a Mass General physician. Our patients can expect a series of tests and a thorough discussion of current health issues and concerns as well as recommendations for how to maintain a healthy lifestyle at home and at work. Please note that the Executive Physical is not intended to replace ongoing, primary care.

Convenient and seamless

We understand that time is a precious commodity. Our staff works with each patient to schedule a convenient time to focus on their health, with all appointments coordinated to minimize time away from the office and home.

Thorough and personalized

The Executive Physical includes:

• Physical: an in-depth medical history review, exam, and report.
• Cardiovascular risk assessment: Cardiac CT Calcium score, cardiac-specific lab tests, an EKG, and an interpretation and action items from a senior Mass General cardiologist.
• Nutritional counseling and body composition: a consultation with a registered dietitian including a SECA scale body composition analysis and results review.
• Lab testing: thorough lab work for a comprehensive health snapshot.
• Ancillary offerings are also available including: abdominal aortic aneurysm screen (AAA), audiologic evaluation, bone density, colonoscopy, dermatology evaluation, eye examination with glaucoma screening, grail galleri testing, mammogram, stress management, and wellness consult and next steps.
