Our approach to eye care

We know how important good vision is for enjoying your daily activities. Our team provides comprehensive eye exams and treatments to keep you in your best health.
Convenient access to complete eye care
We provide comprehensive eye care across multiple locations, including downtown Boston, the Longwood Medical Area, Stoneham, and Lexington. From routine eye exams to cataract evaluation and treatment, we make it easier to access the care you need, close to home.
What to expect for your first visit

Your eye evaluation may include:

  • Vision testing
  • Eye pressure checks
  • Dilation
  • Imaging

Your ophthalmologist will review your results and discuss next steps.

Please bring your glasses or contact lenses, a list of medications, and any prior eye records if available. If you require pupil dilation, we will let you know ahead of time so you can arrange transportation.

How we determine when treatment is right for you

Not all eye conditions need to be treated right away. Some may simply involve long-term monitoring. When making this decision, we consider how your vision affects daily activities as well as your overall eye health.

If treatment is recommended, we explain the benefits, risks, and alternatives. We help you understand your options and choose one that matches your needs and lifestyle.

Personalized care coordinated across specialties

Comprehensive ophthalmology often involves collaboration across sub-specialties. When needed, we coordinate referrals to specialists in areas such as retina, glaucoma, cornea, or neuro-ophthalmology.

This team-based approach allows us to address complex or overlapping eye conditions within one integrated system.

Eye conditions and treatments

Our doctors are experts in a full range of eye conditions and treatments. We’re here to help you achieve excellent vision and increase your quality of life.
