Women’s Mental Health Program
Hormonal changes, reproductive health, and life experiences can affect mental health at different stages of life. The Women’s Mental Health Program provides specialized care for women across the lifespan, with expertise in addressing mental health needs related to these transitions.
Mental health providers and clinical services for women
Some mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, eating disorders, personality disorders, and trauma-related conditions, are more common in women and may occur together. Hormonal changes across the lifespan can also affect mental health and influence treatment needs.
Finding care that considers these factors is important. Mass General Brigham offers mental health services for women that are tailored to individual needs and life stages.
