Mass General Brigham Shuttle

Our free, weekday, roundtrip shuttle bus gets you to Mass General Brigham destination hospitals—Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Mass Eye and Ear—and back to Northampton.

You must have an appointment at one of the MGB destinations to ride the shuttle.

Shuttles reservations

Reservations are required. To reserve your seat, call (413) 966-8011, Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and noon. Outside of those hours, press ‘1’ to leave a message for the shuttle bus coordinator; calls will be returned the next business day.

Shuttle schedule

The shuttle departs weekdays (except major holidays*) from the parking lot across from our 8 Atwood Drive facility. Parking in this lot is free.

The shuttle departs promptly at 6:30 a.m. and leaves the Boston hospitals at 3 p.m.

Please note, the shuttle does not run on the following Mass General Brigham-observed holidays:

• January 1: New Year’s Day
• Third Monday in January: Martin Luther King Jr’s Birthday
• Third Monday in February: Presidents’ Day
• Last Monday in May: Memorial Day
• June 19: Juneteenth
• July 4: Independence Day
• First Monday in September: Labor Day
• Second Monday in October: Indigenous Peoples Day
• Fourth Thursday in November: Thanksgiving Day
• December 25: Christmas Day
