We coordinate medical rehab in inpatient, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings for patients who:

Your treatment is designed to support you and your family while you make the fullest recovery possible. During inpatient rehab, we provide extensive training for patients and their families to help prepare for discharge. Our social services and case management can also help with managing the details of life after discharge. Many other services, such as psychological support and nutritional counseling, are available.
