We offer a full spectrum of OT services to support patients in all care settings, including:
- Inpatient (hospital) rehab, intensive, interdisciplinary rehab for patients in the hospital
- Long-term acute rehab, for patients with complex medical conditions in extended rehab
- Skilled nursing, for patients in short-term or long-term rehab with skilled nursing support

For patients in our hospitals or rehabs, we provide coordinated OT that supports your medical treatment. We help with:

- Behavioral and mental health, to help manage symptoms, prevent delirium, and improve participation in medical care
- Cognitive functioning, to improve your ability to do daily tasks, like taking medication, and build skills for independent living
- Home safety, preparing you and your family for a safe transition home, including recommendations for equipment that can improve safety and function.
- Upper extremity rehab, to reduce swelling and improve upper body strength and movement
- Vision and perception, assessing and addressing visual or perceptual challenges that may affect safety and participation in everyday activities.
Specialists at our convenient outpatient clinics help with a variety of challenges, including:
