Diagnostic expertise
Accurate diagnosis is essential for effective treatment. Our pathologists specialize in evaluating complex blood and tissue samples, developing deep expertise through high case volume and ongoing research. Other pathologists around the country routinely consult us for our expertise. We also offer advanced diagnostic testing and second opinions when needed.
Access to clinical trials and emerging therapies
Novel therapies, used alone or in combination with other treatments, play an important role in multiple myeloma care. We offer access to the latest clinical trials evaluating new therapies and treatment approaches. When appropriate, these options may provide additional pathways at different stages of care and are considered part of an individualized treatment plan.
Radiation therapy for bone involvement
Radiation therapy may be used to treat solitary plasmacytoma or multiple myeloma that significantly affects the bones, such as the spine, or causes localized symptoms outside the bone. External beam radiation therapy can help relieve pain and control disease in affected areas.
Related conditions
Multiple myeloma affects plasma cells, a type of white blood cell. Our specialists provide comprehensive treatment for all stages of multiple myeloma and related plasma disorders. We tailor treatment to your needs, goals, and preferences.

Our research is shaping the future of cancer care. We offer access to clinical trials and emerging therapies, including treatments that may not yet be widely available. Eligibility depends on a person’s diagnosis, treatment history, and more. Explore our research and clinical trials or talk with your care team to learn about available options.
