Our approach to speech-language pathology therapy
Your voice is an important part of how you express yourself, including your gender identity and personality.
We offer customized voice therapy to support gender-affirming voice goals. You can do this type of therapy individually or in a group setting, along with your at-home practice.
Many things affect your vocal health. You can help protect your voice by:
- Staying hydrated: Drink plenty of water to reduce strain on your vocal cords.
- Avoiding irritants and allergens: Reduce your exposure to pollen, mold, dust, and smoke, which can cause inflammation in your vocal cords.
