Advanced, image-guided tumor ablation
We offer state-of-the-art, minimally invasive treatments for tumors and cancers using real-time imaging guidance. Interventional radiologists place thin probes through the skin to target and destroy tumors with heat, cold, alcohol, or electrical energy. These procedures treat tumors in areas such as the lung, liver, kidney, bone, and prostate.
Care is delivered by an experienced interventional radiology team using precise, image-guided techniques that may reduce recovery time compared with surgery.

Our approach to care
We use advanced imaging and minimally invasive techniques to diagnose and treat tumors with a focus on precision and recovery.
Image-guided tumor ablation
Tumor ablation procedures use real-time imaging such as ultrasound, CT, PET-CT, or MRI to guide needle-like therapy probes into tumors through the skin. These image-guided treatments allow precise delivery of heat, cold, alcohol, or electrical energy to destroy tumor tissue while preserving surrounding organs.
Treatment for tumors throughout the body
We treat tumors in many areas, including tumors of the:
- Lung
- Liver
- Kidney
- Adrenal glands
- Lymph nodes
- Bone
- Soft tissue
- Prostate
A multidisciplinary interventional radiology team evaluates each case to recommend the most appropriate ablative therapy.
Coordinated advanced care
Care from our team is supported by experienced clinicians and ongoing innovation in imaging technologies and ablation instruments to advance outcomes and safety.
