Train: Our campus is convenient to the Orange Line, with the Assembly Station just a 2-minute walk away.
Bus: Direct bus routes to Assembly Row: from Downtown Boston (Route 92) and Davis Square (Route 90). Routes to Sullivan Square from Davis Square (Route 89), Central Square (Route 91) and Medford (Route 101 + 95).
Parking: Official visitors can park in the retail (public) section of the on‐site parking garage by pulling a ticket at the retail gates at the North and West entrances. Validation: Approved visitors may have their parking tickets validated at the security desk in the West Lobby. Parking validation requirement should be indicated when the guest is pre‐registered.

Total Choice
Mass General Brigham benefits are designed to give you the flexibility to "customize" a benefits program that meets your needs and the needs of your family. Each year, you have the opportunity to change your coverage to ensure you meet your family’s changing needs.
Mass General Brigham provides core benefit coverage and also provides Choice Pay which you allocate toward the purchase of those benefits which best respond to your current needs. The amount of Choice Pay you receive varies and is based on your annual salary and health plan choices.

Retirement
Upon hire, you may also contribute to a Retirement Savings Plan (403(b) account), which permits you to save for retirement through Fidelity and/or TIAA. Mass General Brigham will match up to 2% of pay that you contribute to your 403(b) each pay period, starting after one year of service.
In addition, after you complete one year of service (at least 1,000 paid hours in 12 consecutive months), you are enrolled in the Cash Balance Retirement Program that provides employer-paid contributions toward your retirement savings.
If you are age 50 or older, you can enroll in a Retiree Medical Savings Account (RMSA) that lets you save up to $4,500 a year toward retiree medical expenses. Mass General Brigham also provides a year-end employer match of up to $500.

Medical coverage
You can select from two plans, Partners Plus and Partners Select, both of which are administered by AllWays Health Partners, a member of Mass General Brigham.

Prescription drug coverage
When you enroll in a medical plan with Mass General Brigham (formerly Partners HealthCare) medical plan, you will receive prescription drug coverage through CVS/Caremark. CVS/Caremark offers both retail and mail order drug coverage for a co-payment based on drug designation: generic, preferred brand and non-preferred brand. An out-of-pocket drug maximum limits the amount that you must spend in drug co-pay expenses each year.

Dental coverage
You may select from two Delta Dental plans: Major and Basic Dental. Major Dental includes 50% coverage for orthodontia, up to a $2,000 lifetime maximum.

Vision coverage
Vision insurance is provided through Davis Vision plan, which offers coverage for an annual comprehensive eye examination and one pair of eyeglasses or contact lenses. You may choose your level of coverage:
- Employee only
- Employee + spouse
- Employee + children
- Family

Flexible Spending account
You can also choose to enroll in a health care and/or dependent care Flexible Spending Account (FSA). These accounts save you tax dollars and reduce your out-of-pocket costs for health and dependent care expenses. If you enroll in an FSA, you can submit claims using a debit card, mobile app, online system, or paper claim form.

Other/Unique benefits
Your employer-paid benefits also include:
- One times your annual base salary in employee life and AD&D insurance
- Short-term disability coverage equal to 60% of your base pay, after one week of disability, for up to 12 weeks (with the option to purchase up to 75% of your base pay in coverage)
- Long-term disability coverage equal to 50% of your base pay, after 3 months of disability (with the option to purchase up to 60% or 75% of your base pay in coverage)
- Business travel accident insurance
- Personal Priorities benefit provides partial reimbursement for your qualifying computer and web-enabled mobile device purchases, adoption, fitness memberships, gym equipment, weight loss programs, financial planning, and dependent tuition. Reimbursement is based on your years of service and the type of expense
- Mass General Brigham also offers a tuition assistance program for our employees to enhance their skills by entering into a course of educational study related to a business function at Mass General Brigham
