The Brigham and Women's Eliza Dushku-Palandjian and Peter Palandjian Bridge Clinic offers a trauma-informed approach to rapid-access, low barrier, low threshold substance use disorder and psychiatric treatment for patients at all stages of their recovery journey. Our clinic welcomes all races, ethnicities, genders and sexual identities. We offer on demand medication and behavioral based treatment for all substances of use. Patients work with our team until they are able to transition to a longer-term program. This ensures they have ongoing access to addiction, psychiatric and primary care providers, peer support, bilingual services, therapy, and resource navigation through all stages of their recovery.
