Lindsay Jubelt, MD, MS named Mass General Brigham Chief Population Health Officer and Chief Medical Officer for AllWays Health Partners

Chief Population Health Officer Lindsay Jubelt, MD, MS

Lindsay Jubelt, MD, MS has been named Mass General Brigham’s Chief Population Health Officer effective November 9, 2020. Dr. Jubelt will also serve as the Chief Medical Officer for the Mass General Brigham’s insurance entity AllWays Health Partners.

“We are committed to improving the health of patients throughout our integrated system and building a best-in-class Value Based Care program leveraging AllWays Health Partners and our strong population health management initiatives,” said Gregg Meyer, MD, President of the Community Division & Executive Vice President of Value Based Care for Mass General Brigham. “Dr. Jubelt will further advance our efforts to redesign care delivery to be patient friendly, efficient and effective across our academic medical centers, community hospitals, primary care physicians and ambulatory care and urgent care sites.”

Mass General Brigham’s population health programs focus on the needs of the individual patient. We design strategies, programs and tools to help improve patient outcomes and satisfaction and reduce overall health care costs. More than 700,000 patients are cared for in population health programs by more than 1,000 physicians.  

Dr. Jubelt most recently served as the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Operations for Mount Sinai Solutions, Mount Sinai Health System’s direct-to-employer business. She recruited, mentored and developed a team of professionals to expand Mount Sinai’s offerings to corporate clients in areas such as on-site health centers, specialty care centers of excellence, virtual care and member services/navigation. Her career has spanned several areas at the intersection of business and medicine: quality, value-based contracting, risk prediction, data analytics, operational effectiveness, business development and corporate advisory.

Dr. Jubelt completed her residency in internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and her fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania as a Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. She completed her MD at Stony Brook University and her BA at the University of Pennsylvania.
