COVID-19 Resources and Policies

Mass General Brigham is experiencing an unprecedented and ongoing blood shortage. New and regular blood donors are needed now more than ever. All blood types are needed, especially type O, to help patients during surgeries, transplants and cancer treatments. 

If you’re healthy and feeling well, consider making an appointment to donate blood. Appointments are strongly encouraged. Visit one of our donor centers or bloodmobiles, listed below:

• Massachusetts General Hospital 

Research studies related to COVID-19 are underway across Mass General Brigham. Some studies are seeking volunteers from the general public and health care workers.
