Mask guidance

As respiratory virus season picks up, you may see some changes at our practices and facilities. The changes are to help minimize the spread of viruses like the flu, COVID-19 and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV). These will become more common in the next few weeks and months. The changes may depend on how much of these viruses are circulating in the community.

During periods where these viruses are circulating more in the community, you may notice your caregiver wearing a mask while caring for you. It may also be suggested that you wear a mask as well. This is not a requirement for patients. We will continue to offer masking and hand hygiene stations for all patients.

Visitor policy

We know how important visitors and support persons are to your health and well-being. One visitor or support person is allowed in outpatient clinical care areas. Please note that in some situations, we may need to limit visitors to ensure patient and staff safety.

On the day of your appointment, please let the front desk staff know when you arrive, even if you have completed the eCheck-In steps.
