Patients with an orthopedics or sports-related injury to muscles, bones or joints can receive same-day care at a Mass General Brigham Orthopedics Walk-in. Our walk-in locations are staffed by expertly trained clinicians, providing physical examinations, diagnostic imaging (including x-rays), and comprehensive evaluations to ensure fast, accurate diagnosis and treatment that puts you on the road to recovery as soon as possible.

Conditions we do not treat

If you are experiencing an emergency, or any of the following conditions, you should dial 911 and/or seek care at your nearest hospital emergency room.

For motor vehicle accidents, please call ahead. It is important for the PA to triage ahead of time if this is the right location for your care or if you will need to be sent to another location for additional testing/care.

  • Chest pain
  • Dislocated shoulder
  • Rib pain
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Open fracture (skin punctured, bleeding, and/or visible bone)
  • Suspected concussion
  • Suspected cardiac arrest/event
  • Suspected stroke
  • Suture removal

  • This location accepts walk-in appointments
  • Free on-site parking with convenient handicap parking by front doors
  • Wheelchairs are offered by the front entrance
