Mass General Brigham Vaccine Policy

COVID-19 vaccination

Mass General Brigham strongly recommends the latest COVID-19 vaccine for our workforce but does not currently require the original series or the latest vaccine as a condition of employment. Please note that this requirement may change over time. Learn more about the benefits, risks, and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccination on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website.

Please email mgb-occhealth-gme@mgb.org with any questions.

Flu vaccination

During flu season, flu vaccination is a condition of employment unless an employee is given a religious or medical exemption by Mass General Brigham.
