Chris Beares

As Senior Director, Chris Beares is responsible for the Transactional Affairs Group. In this role he manages a team of attorneys focused on the negotiation of material transfer agreements, human tissue transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, and data use agreements, amongst others. In addition to working for Innovation, Chris maintains a private law practice.

Chris holds a JD from the New England School of Law, a BA in French, and a BS in nursing from The Pennsylvania State University. Chris’ bar admissions include the Massachusetts bar, United States District Court, District of Massachusetts, and United States Court of Appeals, First Circuit.
