About the Mass General Brigham Innovation Fellows Program

The Innovation Fellows Program enables personnel exchanges between Mass General Brigham hospitals and participating biopharmaceutical companies. Companies benefit by engaging with early-career Harvard Medical School faculty and trainees appointed at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital, and McLean Hospital. Fellows gain the competencies they need to become future leaders in health care through short-term, team-based experiential fellow projects onsite at industry locations.

The Innovation Fellows Program matches the interests and qualifications of candidates with objectives of the host organizations.

At industry, fellows may have an opportunity to focus on one or more of the following subject areas:

  • Drug or device development
  • Care redesign
  • Clinical trial strategy
  • Regulatory affairs
