Daniel Currie

Dan Currie is responsible for managing and licensing technology arising from the department of medicine, nursing, orthopaedics, and other departments at MGH and BWH, as well as MGH IHP and Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, Dan led the medical device group at Global Prior Art, Inc., an intellectual property research firm in Boston. His work included technology assessment, litigation support, due diligence, patentability searching, and competitive IP strategy research for medical device companies, venture capital firms, start-ups, and IP attorneys. Dan earned both his BS and ME in biomedical engineering from Cornell University.
