David Heng

In his role as an Application Analyst III, David Heng is responsible for supporting Insight compliance, TEFRA, and data management modules, and the research navigator website at Mass General Brigham. David works with the business users of these modules to translate their business needs into technical requirements. These technical requirements are then translated into working pieces of software. Prior to joining Mass General Brigham, David worked at an electronic medical record (EMR) software company, implementing their software across North America. David holds a BA from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
