As a key member of the Mass General Brigham Innovation executive team, Diana has over 15 years of experience, running financial and strategic programs with demonstrated success and impact. She leads financial management, organizational development, talent enhancement, and inclusion programs, including the customized executive education program “Innovation Academy.” Diana also leads our Innovation Community Expansion Initiative (ICEI), which seeks to increase and diversify the pipeline of innovators and provides development opportunities for faculty and health care leaders. She oversees operating budgets and leads administrative and project teams.
Diana received her BA from the University at Buffalo and her MA in health communication from an Emerson College-Tufts University School of Medicine collaboration program.
