Ellen Einhorn

Ellen Einhorn is responsible for handling material transfer agreements, confidential disclosure agreements, human tissue transfer agreements, data use agreements, and other related agreements.

With over 20 years of transaction-oriented experience, she works with academic and industry partners to facilitate non-clinical research within Mass General Brigham. Ellen holds a BS in microbiology from the University of Georgia and JD from Suffolk University School of Law, where she focused on intellectual property law.
