Felecia Paul

Felecia Paul works with the research applications and analytics team as an applications analyst II. In this role, as a Business Analyst, she supports the IBC and IACUC modules within the Insight application for technical and governance issues, as well as supporting the Mass General Brigham user community.

Felecia has been with the RAA team for over 15 years. During this time, she has advanced as an agile-certified scrum master and certified scrum product owner, managing business issues within the named Insight modules, while supporting other business analysts and developers on projects, helping to facilitate better operations.

Felecia has a BS in management sciences and information and organizational development from Cambridge College.
